			<title>Green Capacity Building Grants: Prospective Applicant Webinar for SGA/DFA PY-08-21</title>
			<description>&lt;p&gt;Under the Recovery Act, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Employment and Training Administration (ETA) announces the availability of approximately $5 million in grant funds to for projects that build the capacity of DOL-funded training programs to ensure that targeted groups are prepared to meet the needs of our country&apos;s expanding green industries. Specifically, this SGA supports capacity building for organizations to provide training for entry-level positions leading to career pathways and/or additional training in the energy efficiency and renewable energy industries described in Section 171 (e)(1)(B) of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (WIA). Only active DOL-funded grantees specified in Part III of the Solicitation are eligible to apply, and only they should view this recorded Webinar.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This Breeze recording consists of a high-level overview of the State Energy Sector Partnership and Training Grant Solicitation. Prospective Applicants are strongly encouraged to have reviewed the Solicitation prior to viewing the recording. 			<title>Pathways Out of Poverty Grants: Prospective Applicant Webinar for SGA/DFA PY-08-19</title>
			<description>&lt;p&gt;This Webinar serves as a virtual prospective applicant conference under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, Notice of Availability of Funds and Solicitation for Grant Applications for Pathways Out of Poverty Grants (SGA/SFA PY-08-19). This announcement is being made available on the Employment and Training Administration’s Web sites at: http://www.doleta.gov/grants and at http://www.grants.gov Under the Recovery Act, the U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Employment and Training Administration (ETA) announces the availability of approximately $150 million in grant funds to national non-profit entities with 1) networks of local affiliates, coalition members, or other established partners; and 2) local entities. The Department is seeking to fund projects that provide training and placement services to provide pathways out of poverty and into employment in green industries as defined in the SGA.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>State Energy Sector Partnership and Training Grants: Prospective Applicant Webinar for SGA/DFA PY-08-20</title>
			<description>&lt;p&gt;Under the Recovery Act, the U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Employment and Training Administration (ETA) announces the availability of approximately $190 million in grant funds to State Workforce Investment Boards of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Territories. A portion of the funds under this Solicitation for Grant Application (SGA) will be reserved for communities or regions undergoing auto industry related restructurings. In order to highlight the important role States play in building a national green economy, the Department is investing in workforce sector strategies that target energy efficiency and renewable energy industries.&lt;/p&gt;
